Terms of Use

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

Welcome to Vector ("the App"), a Coordinate Remote Viewing practice app provided by Phantom Labs ("we," "us") for entertainment and education. By downloading, installing, or using Vector, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

Vector is a mobile app that guides users through structured Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) practice sessions for entertainment and educational purposes. The App is not a scientific instrument and makes no claims about the validity or accuracy of remote viewing as a practice.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Billing. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payments are charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their applicable refund policy.

3. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Vector on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

4. Target Content and Third-Party Data

Target photos and summaries displayed at reveal time are fetched from Wikipedia's public API and are subject to their respective licenses. Map data is rendered by Apple Maps. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content.

5. Entertainment Disclaimer

Vector is designed for entertainment and educational exploration of Coordinate Remote Viewing. The App does not claim that remote viewing is scientifically validated, and session results should not be used for decision-making, legal, financial, medical, or safety purposes. Use your own judgment.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how Vector handles data on your device and what third-party services are involved.

7. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. You may be required to update to a current version to keep using Vector.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHANTOM LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Children

Vector is not directed at children under 13.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Apple Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
